Systemex Industries attend Grandes Conférences les Affaires on the industrial maintenance
The Grandes Conférences les Affaires on the Industrial Maintenance will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Montreal January 17 and 18, 2012. Louis Soucy, vice president of operations Systemex Industries, will give a conference entitled ''Establish a contingency plan and reduce the consequences of failure and loss of function''. This presentation will allow participants to better predict failures with critical consequences and be better prepared to correct loss of function sources efficiently and rapidly , and establish the most appropriate actions to resume to working order. Systemex Industries adopts a new structure!
In order to meet the needs of its customers and consistently manage the continued growth of its business, Systemex Industries (SI) adopts a new structure which will allow to properly coordinate its activities along two axis:
Commissioning
- Start-Up
- Setting up Performance
- Risk Management
Asset Management
- Audits;
- Optimization;
- Strategy and Maintenance program;
- Risk Management;
- Outsourcing of specialized and trade personnel ‘’ a la carte’’;
- Outsourcing and Global Management.
To carry out its business plan, SI will coordinate maintenance and outsourcing for the group by integrating Systemex Industrial Services (SIS) and Systemex Optimization Services (SOS) within its activities. These entities will continue to be managed by A. Bujold and I. Normandin.

Lean-Automation merges its activities to those of PerformPro and operates under this new name.
The Dawco group is proud to announce that Lean-Automation joins its activities with those of Performpro and will now operate under this name. PerformPro, which was already operating, becomes a full member of the group and merges its activities with those of Lean-Automation. The new company also takes the opportunity to establish its administrative headquarters in Montreal while setting up its operations center in Trois-Rivieres. To ensure cohesion between the two companies, Sylvain Leclerc, Eng., a new shareholder of Performpro, has been appointed General Manager with the mandate to bring out the full potential of this new synergy. The current shareholders of Lean-Automation also become shareholders of PerformPro and will continue to deepen their respective fields within the company. We welcome the newcomers, Sylvain Leclerc and his team, and wish them the greatest success within the Dawco group!

Construction Solimec is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Doha, Qatar
Construction Solimec is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Doha, Qatar as of February 1st, 2010. The company will join IMCO, a contractor established in Qatar for several years, in order to perform industrial piping and mechanical work. Jonathan Messier is the first permanent representative of Solimec in Qatar. As Operations Manager, he is primarily responsible for business development and quotations. We wish him much success and we are convinced that this new venture will open new perspectives for the entire group of companies linked to Solimec.
